Family Fun Fest Vendor Contract
Cost: $100 per both
Vendors must provide their own equipment. Ex: Tents (can be no longer than 10 x 10), Tables, Chairs, etc.
All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event.
No electricity or running water is available.
Each both MUST have an activity for kids! Your activity will need to approved by Arianna Adams upon submission.
The event will run from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Vendors can begin to set up at 11:30 AM and must tear down by 3:30 PM.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition in which they found it.
We reserve the right to censor any booth.
Vendor forms must be submitted to Arianna Adams no later than July 17th, 2021. Once your vendor contract has been approved, Arianna will reach out to you about the payment process.
Checks will need to be made payable to Charlotte Allstar Gymnastics & Cheerleading.
